Pfister Family Law is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in Frisco and Prosper, Texas.

Our practice is dedicated to family law, representing clients throughout Frisco, Prosper, Plano, Allen, McKinney and the surrounding North Texas communities.

We’re looking for a Texas-licensed attorney with approximately 2–10 years of family law experience who is ready to take ownership of cases, strengthen their courtroom experience and continue developing their practice within an established family law firm.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, modifications and related matters.

• Counsel clients on their options, develop case strategies and keep clients informed throughout the process.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, orders and other legal documents.

• Prepare for and represent clients at hearings, mediations and trials.

• Work closely with our attorneys, paralegals and support staff to effectively manage cases, deadlines and client needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

• Approximately 2–10 years of family law experience.

• Courtroom experience and confidence handling hearings and contested matters.

• Strong legal writing, negotiation and advocacy skills.

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

• Organized, dependable and comfortable managing cases from strategy through resolution.
